Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Vynuro regarding your use of https://vynuro.tech/ and the Vynuro Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you create an account you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.

3. Third-party platforms and social login

The Service may let you connect accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, X or TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms. You can disconnect them at any time from your account settings or from the platform's own app settings.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

6. Fees and payments

If any part of the Service is paid, prices and billing terms will be shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable; see the Disclaimer & Refund Policy. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, is owned by Vynuro or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction. 14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

These Terms and the policies referenced in them are the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
